There is a special feature on this topic on the Supreme Court blog<\/a>. And that in itself is an indication that society is not static.\u00a0Who imagined 20 years ago that\u00a0there would be blogs, much less one dedicated to the Supreme Court?<\/p>\n

A decision will be made by the court this summer<\/a>. But whatever\u00a0decision may be made, it won\u2019t be a \u201cfinal\u201d one, because marriage, and law, like all aspects of human society, are constantly changing and evolving.
