Amos 9 : 11-15<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

When I end all of this,
\nI will restore the communities destroyed by urban programs and gentrification
\nI will repair the decayed walls of those who live in assisted housing.
\nI will build it as it should have always been
\nSo that the poor, marginalized, and oppressed can be given what was stolen
\nStolen by slave owners and plantations and white privilege.<\/p>\n

The days are coming
\nWhen corrupt farming conglomerates are overtaken by the migrant workers
\nAnd CEOs by the burger-flippers.<\/p>\n

New wine will drip from the mountains
\nAnd flow from the hills
\nAnd I will bring my black and brown and LGBTQ children the justice I require.
\nThey will be given the opportunities cishet white men have always had
\nThey will earn a living wage.<\/p>\n

I will plant them in their own land,
\nNever again to be uprooted.<\/p>\n

Says the Lord your God.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
