The Bible is the ultimate arbiter of authority. My reading of the Bible is the ultimate arbiter of what the Bible means. Therefore,\u00a0<em>I<\/em>\u00a0am the ultimate arbiter of authority.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000\">Such a blunt and blatant grab for god-like power may seem a bit crude, but what else would\u00a0you expect from a \u201cdoctrine\u201d that was designed to defend and sanctify the practice of white supremacy, slavery, colonialism and the slaughter of indigenous people?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"color: #000000\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.patheos.com\/blogs\/slacktivist\/2015\/09\/24\/how-to-understand-biblical-inerrantists\/\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\">Click through<\/a> to read the rest.
