For those interested in Mandaean studies, the Drower Collection in the Bodleian Library in Oxford is the only collection of Mandaic manuscripts of its kind in a Western library. Although poking around the library\u2019s web page doesn\u2019t provide much information about the collection, one can see glimpses of the manuscripts in photos<\/a> taken as part of a survey<\/a> of the condition of conservation of Asian manuscripts in the library\u2019s possession. The photo on the right is of Alma Ri\u0161aia Rba (The Great \u2018First World\u2019) DC (i.e. Drower Collection) 42. There are also photos of DC 36<\/a>, The Thousand and Twelve Questions.<\/div>\n
