<\/iframe>\n<\/p>One piece that I omitted from my post on settings of biblical texts to music by female composers is that featured in the video above: \u201cHow Lovely is Your Dwelling Place\u201d (Psalm 84) by Victoria Bond. You can read Bond\u2019s notes about the composition in <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2gtbzfy\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">The Bible Retold by Jewish Artists, Writers, Composers and Filmmakers<\/em>, edited by Helen Leneman and Barry Dov Walfish<\/a>.<\/p>\nI was struck to learn that Bond\u2019s piece is part of <a href=\"http:\/\/sdgmusic.org\/music\/psalms-project\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">SDG Music\u2019s \u201cPsalms Project,\u201d<\/a> as there is also <a href=\"http:\/\/thepsalmsprojectband.com\/\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">another \u201cPsalms Project\u201d<\/a> in a more contemporary idiom.
