Pharyngula has been following <a href=\"http:\/\/scienceblogs.com\/pharyngula\/2007\/12\/how_the_west_was_won_with_spin.php\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">a creationist presentation by John West<\/a> and also mentions a <a href=\"http:\/\/scienceblogs.com\/pharyngula\/2007\/12\/what_is_this_a_trend.php\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">news piece critical of Ken Ham<\/a>. Respectful Insolence can do little but <a href=\"http:\/\/feeds.feedburner.com\/~r\/scienceblogs\/ScienceblogsSelect\/~3\/193899925\/sigh_sometimes_antievolutionists_are_so.php\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">sigh at how tiresome it is<\/a> that young-earth creationists regurgitate the same arguments with no updating even after they have been answered by scientists.<\/p>\n<p>Answers in Genesis BUSTED offers <a href=\"http:\/\/aigbusted.blogspot.com\/2007\/12\/counter-creationism-resources.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">a collection of critiques of various forms of anti-scientific creationism<\/a>. Chuck Blanchard has just got around to posting about <a href=\"http:\/\/www.episcopalcafe.com\/lead\/faith_and_politics\/did_evolution_lead_to_ouster_o.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">the Chris Corner controversy<\/a> (that\u2019s the Texas education official asked to resign recently).<\/p>\n<p>At the library today I had a chance to read some magazines. <a href=\"http:\/\/drjimwest.wordpress.com\/2007\/12\/01\/sure-you-have-the-ark\/\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Jim West had already posted about one item in the latest <em>Smithsonian<\/em> yesterday<\/a>, the question of whether Jesus, Mary and the Ark of the Covenant all have in common their time spent in Ethiopia.
