It is like having a web version of Outlook for your blog feeds, making clear which of the blogs you follow have posts on them that you have not read yet in much the same way that Outlook draws unread messages to your attention \u2013 <strong>bold print<\/strong> plus a number to indicate the number of unread posts.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s more, as some readers of this post already know but others may not yet have discovered, you can add a widget to your blog that will let you share those posts from other blogs. That is the widget that has appeared very recently on my own blog, and which I admired for a long time on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ntgateway.com\/weblog\/\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Marc Goodacre\u2019s blog<\/a> before figuring out where he got it.<\/p>\n<div class=\"blogger-post-footer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/blogger.googleusercontent.com\/tracker\/7622297540113836091-471448581854809508?l=exploringourmatrix.blogspot.com\" alt=\"\"><\/div>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I can\u2019t believe it took me so long to discover Google Reader.
