Many blogging sites do not offer this option, however, which is why I thought I\u2019d mention a few alternative ways of keeping track of comments (and not merely blog <em>entries<\/em>, which one can easily track with RSS feeds).<\/p>\n<p>First, there is <a href=\"http:\/\/commentful.blogflux.com\/\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Commentful<\/a>, found at <a href=\"http:\/\/commentful.blogflux.com\/usage\/\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">http:\/\/commentful.blogflux.com\/usage\/<\/a> This will allow you to add and track comments through Firefox, an RSS feed, or in several other ways.<\/p>\n<p>Next, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cocomment.com\/\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">CoComment<\/a>, found at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cocomment.com\/\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">http:\/\/www.cocomment.com\/<\/a>, allows one to add additional features to many blogging platforms, as well as track comments from various sites and forums.<\/p>\n<p>Third, yet another place to look for a similar service is <a href=\"http:\/\/co.mments.com\/account\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Co.mments.com<\/a> at <a href=\"http:\/\/co.mments.com\/\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">http:\/\/co.mments.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\/\/ this ensures coComment gets the correct values<br>coco =<br>{<br>     tool          : \u201cMyBlogTool\u201d,<br>     siteurl       : \u201chttp:\/\/exploringourmatrix.blogspot.com\u201d,<br>     sitetitle     : \u201cExploring Our Matrix\u201d,<br>     pageurl       : \u201chttp:\/\/exploringourmatrix.blogspot.com\/2007\/10\/keeping-track-of-comments.html\u201d,<br>     pagetitle     : \u201cKeeping Track of Comments\u201d,<br>     author        : \u201cJames McGrath\u201d,<br>     formID        : \u201ccommentform\u201d,<br>     textareaID    : \u201ccomment\u201d,<br>     buttonID      : \u201csubmit\u201d<br>}<\/p>\n<p>\/\/ this activates coComment<\/p>\n<div class=\"blogger-post-footer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/blogger.googleusercontent.com\/tracker\/7622297540113836091-5515406646224750939?l=exploringourmatrix.blogspot.com\" alt=\"\"><\/div>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One feature I wish my Blogger blog had was the option to subscribe to comments, which would allow the comments section of the blog to become a forum for ongoing discussion and conversation, should anyone desire to use it that way.
