Here are some suggestions:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

1) Don\u2019t Panic<\/span> \u2013 print a copy of the cover of the Hitchhiker\u2019s Guide to the Galaxy and paste it on your office door, across your computer screen, wherever necessary.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

2) Go on the Atkins diet \u2013 the first few days can be tough, but then you get a nice boost of energy.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

3) If your office doesn\u2019t have a coffee maker, buy one, and use it frequently \u2013 of course, if you go on the Atkins diet, you will need it less.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

4) Have lots of inspiring music ready to play in the background \u2013 Erich Wolfgang Korngold\u2019s<\/a>\"\" Symphony, Violin Concerto<\/a>\"\", Sinfonietta<\/a>\"\" and Sursum Corda<\/a>\"\"; Kurt Atterberg\u2019s symphonies<\/a>\"\"; Maurice Ravel\u2019s Daphnis & Chloe<\/a>\"\"; and Sergei Rachmaninov\u2019s Symphony No.2<\/a>\"\". Check whether your university subscribes to the Naxos music library \u2013 if so, put their investment to good use, and try some recent releases by composers you\u2019ve never heard of, like Carson Cooman or Nicholas Flagello.<\/div>\n

5) Take deep breaths.<\/div>\n
