Hey Friends of Revangelical! I just wanted to take a moment to let you know a little bit of what I have been up to over the last couple of weeks and why the content on the blog has been\u00a0really<\/em> slim.<\/p>\n

As you may know, about three weeks ago, an organization called\u00a0Evangelicals for Marriage Equality\u00a0<\/em>launched with the mission of changing the hearts and minds of evangelical christians on the issue of civil marriage equality. I have the honor of serving as the spokesperson of this great group of people and with that has come the responsibility of doing a lot of writing, speaking, and organizing above and beyond what I do on\u00a0Revangelical.<\/em> Not to mention I also recently began an awesome full-time job as Evangelical Organizer\u00a0<\/em>at an organization called\u00a0Faith In Public Life,\u00a0<\/em>a strategy center for the faith community advancing faith in the public square as a positive and unifying force for justice, compassion, and the common good. Oh, and I am finishing the final chapters of my book Nomad\u00a0<\/i>which is due out in late 2015. So it\u2019s been a\u00a0busy\u00a0<\/strong>couple of weeks.<\/p>\n

But I wanted to keep you all in the loop. So I am sharing some of the work I have been doing in this post and I hope you\u2019ll check it out!<\/p>\n
