Standing before a crowd of reporters at the Friar\u2019s Club in\u00a0New York, Sharon Bialek told her story.\u00a0 With her lawyer Gloria Allred at her side, Bialek painted a picture of an unwanted sexual encounter in a parked car in\u00a0Washington DC: what she was wearing \u2013 pleated skirt, suit jacket; a pleasurable dinner and cocktails; and to her surprise, an upgrade to a suite at her hotel, courtesy of her host for the evening, Herman Cain.
Bialek shockingly revealed that Cain \u201creached for my genitals\u201d and then pulled her head toward his crotch.\u00a0 She resisted and asked, \u201cWhat are you doing you know I have a boyfriend?\u201d Cain\u2019s reply was simply, \u2018You want a job, right?\u2019
For a man who has likened himself\u00a0to Moses, claims God<\/a>\u00a0told him to run for presidency and is a registered minister at Antioch Church in\u00a0Atlanta, these charges should be troubling. \u00a0Instead Cain\u2019s personal response has been indignant, his campaign\u2019s ham-handed and somewhat juvenile.\u00a0 Cain\u2019s lawyer recently cautioned that women considering going public with claims of harassment by Cain should\u00a0\u201cthink twice<\/a>,\u201d a threat like that of a\u00a0playground bully.
