<\/em><\/iframe><\/p>\nIn a video on\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.scientology.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">www.Scientology.org<\/a>, Phra Dang, a Buddhist monk in a Thailand monastery, tells why he uses Dianetics to relieve suffering and restore peace of mind.<\/p>\n\u201cThings that give us a heavy heart or negative emotions or poor concentration\u2014these things reduce and disappear,\u201d says Dang. \u201cOur ability to work improves. So it has an effect on our lives and our environment.\u201d<\/p>\nHe employs this technology because of its results.<\/p>\n\u201cThe effects I see in myself and my disciples when they have severely suffered\u2014some not even wanting to live\u2014is a returned happiness in their heart and in their health,\u201d he says.<\/p>\nUsing techniques from the book\u00a0Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health <\/em>by L. Ron Hubbard, which has been translated into the Thai language, the monk helps people eradicate the source of their unhappiness and misery, as illustrated in a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.scientology.org\/videos\/category\/beliefs-and-practices\/dianetics-an-introduction.html#\/videos\/category\/beliefs-and-practices\/dianetics-an-introduction\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">video introduction to Dianetics<\/a> on\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.scientology.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">www.Scientology.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n\u201cI have experienced great happiness in seeing suffering replaced with happiness and peace,\u201d says Dang. \u201cPeace in their hearts\u2014that is a\u00a0true<\/em> peace.
