Those attending the World Health Day Open House at the Brussels branch of the Churches of Scientology for Europe learned how simple it is to reach out to young people with the truth about drugs.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Foundation for a Drug-Free World\u00a0<\/a>drug education workshop at the\u00a0Brussels branch of the Churches of Scientology for Europe<\/a>\u00a0not only introduced those attending to the Foundation\u2019s booklets and films, but it also gave\u00a0them experience with presenting the information to others.<\/p>\n

One of the guests summed up what many liked best about the program.\u00a0\u201cIt was interactive,\u201d he said.\u00a0\u201cIt got us busy..\u2026into action. I particularly liked gaining experience with fielding arguments and handling objections teens might bring up.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u201cI enjoyed having young people present the information,\u201d said another.<\/p>\n

In addition to getting familiar with the drug education booklets, those participating viewed several of the program\u2019s public service announcements and a section of\u00a0The Truth About Drugs: Real People, Real Stories<\/i>\u00a0<\/a>documentary, and were impressed with the impact of the material.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
