Our Father in heaven,[<\/sup>
\nHallowed be Your name.
\nYour kingdom come.
\nYour will be done
\nOn earth as it is in heaven.
\n3\u00a0<\/sup>Give us day by day our daily bread.<\/strong>
\n4\u00a0<\/sup>And forgive us our sins,<\/strong>
\nFor we also forgive everyone who is indebted to us.<\/strong>
\nAnd do not lead us into temptation,
\nBut deliver us from the evil one.\u201d<\/p>\n

One of the reasons I\u2019m chronicling my breakfasts this month is I want to get in the habit of each breakfast.\u00a0 Most days it\u2019s ok, I graze throughout the morning, but on Sundays I\u2019m cranky and antisocial at church because I\u2019m so incredibly hungry.\u00a0 So, last night I prepped this yummy casserole that\u2019s the easiest and most forgiving recipe for a breakfast casserole. Seriously. You can\u2019t mess it up.\u00a0 It\u2019s one of those clean slate dishes that you can make a zillion different ways, throw in whatever veggies you have on had, use any breakfast meat, use an interesting combination of veggies and cheeses.\u00a0 Whatever.\u00a0 It\u2019s flexible and forgiving.\u00a0 Sort of how I want to be. Enjoy my friends and I hope you try out this flexible, fluffy, fantastic, forgiving breakfast casserole.<\/p>\n

Easy Baked Ham and Cheese Casserole<\/a><\/p>\n

6 eggs, beaten
\n6 slices ham, cubed
\n6 slices bread, cubed
\n2 cups milk
\n1 cup cheese (use grated lowfat for health)
\nsalt and pepper (to taste)
\n1 teaspoon onion, minced
\n1\/2 teaspoon dry mustard<\/div>\n

Directions:<\/p>\n

1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
\n2: Grease a 9\u2033 x 13\u2033 baking pan or dish.
\n3: Mix ingredients well.
\n4: Pour into greased baking pan or dish.
\n5: Bake for 45 minute.<\/p>\n
