\u201cMost importantly, both are marked by a deep mistrust of the people they target<\/a>, by the belief that, if furnished with all the relevant information, those people will make the \u2018wrong\u2019 decision.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to talk to the men now. This violence is our fault<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n
