Yes it does.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/talkingpointsmemo.com\/news\/supreme-court-legalizes-gay-marriage-nationwide--2\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><strong>\u201cSupreme Court Legalizes Same-Sex Marriage Nationwide\u201d<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>WASHINGTON (AP) \u2014 The Supreme Court declared Friday that same-sex couples have a right to marry anywhere in the United States, a historic culmination of two decades of litigation over gay marriage and gay rights generally.<\/p>\n<p>Gay and lesbian couples already could marry in 36 states and the District of Columbia.
