Item 1: \u201cJames O\u2019Keefe Resigns From Project Veritas After Employee Complaints<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n

O\u2019Keefe, who became a star on the right by targeting journalists and liberal groups in hidden-camera stings, was placed on paid leave earlier this month\u00a0amid a dispute\u00a0with the nonprofit\u2019s board. The board reversed O\u2019Keefe\u2019s firing of two top executives, and\u00a0received a lengthy memo\u00a0from unhappy employees detailing O\u2019Keefe\u2019s allegedly \u201coutright cruel\u201d conduct.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Item 2: \u201cKen Ham Finds Threats to Young-Earth Creationist within Young-Earth Creationism<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n

Ken Ham has fired the first of what, apparently, will be many volleys against what he believes is one of the biggest threats to young-earth creationists: other young-earth creationists!! hanging them with the pejorative title of \u201cyoung-earth evolutionists.\u201d Yes, Ken Ham is suggesting that one of the biggest danger to creationism\u2013as defined by Answers in Genesis\u2013lies within and among those who \u201ccall\u00a0themselves creationists\u201d and he has set about to root this cancer out and expose it before it does any more damage to the church (and also possibly his particular ministry).<\/p>\n

Using well-worn debate techniques, Ken Ham sets about to label some young-earth creationists as compromisers of the faith, wolves in sheep\u2019s clothing and those that are undermining the faith of the youth, the ministry and Christian schools. Their sin you ask? Apparently being too influenced by evolutionary theory and conversing with dangerous Christians who are not true young-earth creationists.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Item 3: \u201cSpiritual Warfare Breaks Out Among the Trump-Loving Prophetic Community<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n

A spiritual battle is breaking out among former President Donald Trump\u2019s closest evangelical allies as self-declared \u201cprophets\u201d have begun pointing the finger at each other, declaring the other a \u201cfalse prophet.\u201d<\/p>\n

The drama began unfolding on the televangelist political program \u201cFlashPoint.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cFlashPoint\u201d was launched heading into the 2020 election for the purpose of mobilizing right-wing Christians to support Trump and Republican candidates running for office. Airing on Kenneth Copeland\u2019s Victory Channel network, the program from the beginning regularly featured host Gene Bailey with Christian nationalist Lance Wallnau, pastor Hank Kunneman, and evangelist Mario Murillo serving as commentators. Wallnau, Kunneman, and Murillo are all active within the modern-day Charismatic prophetic movement and used their positions as spiritual leaders to support Trump. \u2026<\/p>\n

Once Trump left office, \u201cFlashPoint\u201d became a regular part of the Victory Channel\u2019s lineup, airing twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, frequently with Kunneman and Murillo as guests. But earlier this year, Murillo\u00a0announced\u00a0that he would no longer appear on the program with Kunneman\u00a0because of Kunneman\u2019s ties\u00a0to \u201cfalse prophets\u201d\u00a0Kat Kerr\u00a0and\u00a0Robin Bullock.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
