As far as I know, they still work as well as they ever did.<\/p>\n<p>What can you do with that now-obsolete computer if you'd prefer to keep it from becoming mere high-tech landfill fodder?<\/p>\n<p>Here, via <i>Real Money,<\/i> a newsletter from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.coopamerica.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">Co-op America<\/a>, is a collection of options:<\/p>\n<p><b>Recycling<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A clearinghouse for programs around the country that refurbish old electronic equipment for charities and nonprofit groups.
