This is what I call the Devil\u2019s Doublethink.<\/p>\n

Here are some examples:<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0Feminists who attack men for being sexist \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>If you launch an attack on everyone of one sex (in this case men) you\u2019re being sexist.<\/p>\n

2. Protesting against both<\/strong>\u00a0homophobia and Islamophobia \u2013\u00a0<\/strong> Errrm. Muslim jihadists would throw gays from rooftops. How can you support both gays and Muslims?<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0Being against adoption because it is cruel to take the baby from its mother but being in favor of surrogate motherhood \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>In surrogacy the mother has to give up the baby from the moment its born right?<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0Stating that there is no such thing as truth \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>When you said \u201cThere\u2019s no such thing as truth\u201d you stated something you think is true.<\/p>\n

5.\u00a0Being down on white people for being racist \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>If you\u2019re down on all white people you\u2019re being racist.<\/p>\n

6. Attacking Islamophobia and being feminist \u2013\u00a0<\/b>Have you seen how Muslims treat women?<\/p>\n

7.\u00a0Being pro-choice but being against female sex selection abortion \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>If you really want a woman to have a choice why object when a Hindu or Chinese woman chooses to abort her baby because it\u2019s a girl?<\/p>\n

8.\u00a0Favoring \u201copen\u201d marriage \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>It\u2019s not marriage if the couples are promiscuous.<\/p>\n

9.\u00a0Being a \u201cdissenting\u201d Catholic \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>That\u2019s called Protestantism.<\/p>\n

10. Believing that a \u201cloving\u201d God would not send anyone to hell \u2013 <\/b>God\u00a0wouldn\u2019t be loving if he forced people into heaven against their will.<\/p>\n
