<\/iframe>\n<\/p>I was a vicar on the Isle of Wight in England when I was asked to do a series of inspirational radio spots for local radio. So I decided to play\u00a0clips from famous pop songs about love and then apply them to God\u2019s love for us.<\/p>\nOne of the clips\u00a0was B.B.King\u2019s track Guess Who.<\/p>\nI went on to say, \u201cGuess Who really loves you baby? Guess who will wait eternally.\u201d and so forth.<\/p>\nThe week the spots were aired one of the old ladies in the parish said, \u201cI heard you on the radio vicar. I must say I didn\u2019t think much of your singing voice, but you can really play the guitar can\u2019t you!<\/p>\nTake a moment to listen to\u00a0Guess Who\u00a0<\/em>and remember B.B.King who died yesterday.<\/p>\nSee if it doesn\u2019t bring a smile to your face, and remember the time B.B.King gave the Pope one of his guitars named Lucille and think maybe they\u2019ll make a place in the heavenly choir for the King of the Blues.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"I was a vicar on the Isle of Wight in England when I was asked to do a series of inspirational radio spots for local radio.
