The rosary takes us right down deep into the mystery of the incarnation in a way too deep for explanation. My Protestant friends have trouble understanding it, and I have trouble explaining it, and end up using the language of love.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s say you\u2019re in love with a beautiful girl and some left brain analytical intellectual says, \u201cCan you explain to me this strange phenomenon you call \u2018love\u2019?\u201d<\/p>\n

You sputter for words and end up waving your arms in helpless abandon. \u201cAh!\u201d says the snooty intellectual, \u201d Just as I thought, it is nothing but a figment of your imagination\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

The rosary\u2019s like that. It connects you with the mysteries in a way too deep for words, so I wind up saying to my doubting friends, \u201cWell, just try it and see. Don\u2019t worry. It won\u2019t hurt you!\u201d<\/p>\n
