Another non-theistic reinterpretation of religion has been published by a fellow named Bo Bennett.\u00a0 According to various web sources, he\u2019s a young self-made millionaire.\u00a0 His book is The Concept: Introduction to Christian Nontheism<\/i>.\u00a0 From the publisher:<\/p>\n

Maybe you were born to Christian parents and raised as a Christian. Without really intending to, I\u2019ve been making a bit of a collection of these forays into what I\u2019m now calling Post-Theistic Religion\u00a9 <\/sup>(the copyright is tongue-in-cheek\u2026unless it takes off). \u00a0My favorite of the \u201cFour Horsemen,\u201d Daniel Dennett, has indicated interest in what comes after religion as we now know it.\u00a0 He\u2019s mentioned writing about it soon.\u00a0 When he does the topic may explode.<\/p>\n

I would be thrilled if this has spillover effects for Secular Humanistic Judaism.\u00a0 When you study the writings of the movement, you realize how richly it has contributed to these ideas, even if it has not yet succeeded in reaching really large numbers.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
