\u2026 It doesn\u2019t take a constitutional scholar or lawyer to know that abortion is not in the constitution and clearly you\u2019d expect people like Sebelius, who can\u2019t be bothered<\/a>, and Pelosi, that pillar of morality<\/a>, to know that. They just choose to ignore that fact. Piers Morgan, on the other hand, needs a bit of Constitutional refreshing. <\/p>\n

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia schooled CNN host Piers Morgan<\/a> during an interview last night on a host of subjects, including abortion. during the interview, Justice Scalia explained to Morgan how the Constitution does not include a right to abortion.<\/p>\n

Scalia says the theory of substantive due process in the Roe v. Wade decision makes no legal sense.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy Court in recent years has invented what is called \u2018substantive due process\u2019 by simply saying some liberties are so important that no process would suffice to take them away. That was the theory used in Roe v. Wade and it\u2019s a theory that is simply a lie,\u201d he said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

In his defense, he is British. Admittedly, there\u2019s not much I know about their constitutional monarchy. But then again, I\u2019m not on CNN. <\/p>\n
