No. I mean that sincerely. It\u2019s ok. Just try again tomorrow. <\/p>\n

I may joke about being a failure at Lent. And Advent. Holy days of obligation. An yes\u2026 even just a plain ole Sunday. Of course I don\u2019t mean to imply that being in a state of mortal sin is a laughing matter, it\u2019s just that being there often is part of the human condition. Never are we ever, even in our most sinful states, a complete lost cause. If we feel dejected, depressed, and removed from our faith and the Church it\u2019s only because we chose to remain there. <\/p>\n

So buck up. It\u2019s OK. No need to dwell on the imperfect way we practice our faith. Confess all your sins and just try again tomorrow. <\/p>\n
