According to Religion News Service<\/a> (RNS), organisers of the Jericho March\u2122 have called on \u201cpatriots, people of faith and all those who want to take back America\u201d to participate in their monkeyshines.<\/p>\n Marchers intend circling the Supreme Court building seven times while blowing ritual Jewish horns called shofars, aping the Israelites\u2019 siege of the city of Jericho described in the Bible\u2019s Book of Joshua. That will happen on January 5. A day later they plan on repeating this stupidity at the US Capitol building.<\/p>\n The organisers\u2019 website says<\/a>:<\/p>\n Jericho March\u2122 is comprised of Judeo-Christians collectively praying to God to intercede, expose a particular darkness, and bring about justice. As a community of believers, we take our petitions to heaven, and we know that our mighty and powerful God answers and can move mountains.<\/em><\/p>\n Our first Jericho March\u2122 is for election integrity, transparency, and reform to preserve free and fair elections in America for this generation and generations to come \u2013 free from any corruption or interference, both foreign and domestic. America is a city on a hill and light to other nations, and God\u2019s favor is still upon her. We are proud of the American system of governance established by our Founding Fathers and we will not let globalists, socialists, and communists destroy our beautiful nation by sidestepping our laws and suppressing the will of the American people through their fraudulent and illegal activities in this election.<\/em><\/p>\n Mainstream Media, Big Tech, and corrupt political machines want the world to believe that the 2020 election is over. We have a clear message to them: You do not call elections and this election is far from over. You try to censor the truth, but we know the truth, and our God will reveal the truth.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n In mid-December, a rally in Washington\u00a0organised by the same group of pro-Trump ganatics featured speakers such as MyPillow founder and notorious huckster Mike Lindell<\/a>, above, and Eric Metaxas, the evangelical author and radio host turned conspiracy theorist.<\/p>\n The same day, members of the far-right militia the Proud Boys burned Black Lives Matter banners at two DC churches.<\/p>\n Metaxas and other evangelical Trump supporters have held a series of evening prayer calls featuring pro-Trump figures such as Michael Flynn, a former presidential adviser who pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI and was later pardoned by Trump, along with religious leaders who prophesied that Trump would be re-elected.<\/p>\n Their imaginary god did squat to intervene then, so it\u2019s highly unlikely it will do so at this stage of the game.<\/p>\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/wp-media.patheos.com\/blogs\/sites\/1122\/2020\/03\/pillow.jpg\")
