\"\"<\/a>They say that if you put yourself into unfamiliar situations, that this is when creativity is birthed.<\/p>\n

As I am in the midst of eating and doing life with $2 a day, I am noticing that new creativity in the kitchen is happening.<\/p>\n

On a usual day, I would see eggs, rice, and salsa in the fridge and think: \u201cThis is lame.\u00a0 How about a frozen pizza.\u00a0 Or maybe, I will go out to eat.\u00a0 Panda Express?\u00a0 Chipotle?\u00a0 Panera?\u00a0 What shall I choose.\u00a0 We have nothing to eat.\u201d<\/p>\n

Now I see those three items and think, time to become creative.<\/em> And now, this is my new favorite meal!\u00a0 I fry an egg over medium.\u00a0 Then, I take one serving of brown rice and heat it up.\u00a0 The hot egg on top of the rice with some salsa = tantalizing to the taste buds!<\/p>\n

My only issue has been that I suck at cracking eggs!!!!! I have only cracked one egg this whole experiment without the yoke breaking.\u00a0 Maybe there is some creative learning I have yet to learn in that area \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
