Another song for the 52 Makeup Challenge<\/a> this week.<\/p>\n(Posted a few days late, but so it goes.)<\/p>\n<\/iframe>\n<p>The genesis for this one was sitting on a friend\u2019s porch enjoying the fine spring weather; when I sat down with the guitar a few hours later, that feeling of renew came back to me, and I started with a line talking about what I\u2019d done earlier that day: \u201cWalking the dog in the spring sunshine\u201d. That got changed along the way to \u201cWalking along\u2026\u201d to be a little more general and universal, as the song shaped up to be about renewal after an unhealthy relationship.
