I am not familiar with comedian Michael Jr<\/a>.\u2019s work, but if this YouTube video (embedded below) is at all representative, I may just become a fan.<\/p>\n

Michael Jr., videocamera in hand at his daughter\u2019s birth, preserved something pretty phenomenal.<\/p>\n

Watch his daughter\u2019s reaction to his voice \u2013 twice \u2013 as she lay crying and uncomfortable.<\/p>\n

Her response is, indeed,\u00a0pretty awesome<\/em>.<\/p>\n

But here\u2019s Michael Jr.\u2019s even more awesome take away:<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll always have times when we\u2019re not as comfortable . . . where life is just heavy. The key thing to do in those moments is to be still and listen for the Father\u2019s voice.<\/p>\n

Because he is trying to talk to you. And I can tell you what he wants you to know is that he loves you.<\/p>\n

All you got to do is open your eyes<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I can think of no more comforting advice in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n

Open your eyes. And listen.<\/p>\n
