FAQ<\/a>.<\/p>\nFor me, the most terrifying aspect of this sect is its isolation from the secular world. \u00a0Lax homeschooling regulations in many states means it\u2019s legal for Quiverfull parents to\u00a0under-educate\u00a0their daughters (since, from the parents\u2019 point of view, they won\u2019t have careers or be decision makers anyway). \u00a0One of the many reasons I love the public school system is because it\u2019s a check on the influence of parents. \u00a0I\u2019d rather have kids with excellent parents chafed a little by unpleasant parts of mainstream culture than leave kids with really problematic parents in isolation.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
