DON\u2019T<\/strong> want the threads being used to discuss your guess for the writer\u2019s true beliefs or the \u2018tells\u2019 you\u2019ve spotted. \u00a0That\u2019s what the ballots are for.<\/p>\nPicking apart the logic of a post is fine, talking about what you find compelling is fine, but DON\u2019T link it back to your conclusions about the authorship of the post. \u00a0We\u2019ve got fifteen interesting writers, at least some of whom are sincerely presenting their beliefs, and I\u2019d like you to use the comment threads as you do when I post \u2014 as a chance to analyze and criticize the ideas presented.<\/p>\n
I haven\u2019t been deleting offending comments because there\u2019s been a surge of traffic and I knew everyone might not be looking back to the rules. \u00a0But other readers are complaining about prejudicial effect, so, starting now with the \u2018Christian\u2019 answers<\/a>, I\u2019m going to be more of an enforcer and I\u2019ll be linking to this post early in each comment thread, so people know the rules.<\/p>\n
