Tonight, I\u2019ll be out in Donnybrook to give a talk, hosted by\u00a0The Irish Catholic<\/em> on \u201cHaving Better Fights about Religion.\u201d<\/a> \u00a0If you don\u2019t have time to make it to Dublin, it looks like the talk is going to be livestreamed through iCatholic<\/a>\u00a0(7pm in Dublin), and I\u2019ll post a link to the video (presuming it exists) after the fact.<\/p>\n

Earlier this week, I also sat down with Michael Nugent of Atheist Ireland<\/a> for a casual chat (which turned out to run about an hour and a half). \u00a0I\u2019ve embedded the videos of our chat below, but, since I\u2019m speaking on productive debate tactics tonight, I\u2019ll mention it probably would have been a better idea on both our parts to narrow the focus of our conversation a bit. \u00a0We just went with him asking me whatever questions came to mind, but \u00a0it would have been nice to wind up with shorter videos on specific questions, rather than \u00a0a straight hour and a half tape of a freewheeling discussion.<\/p>\n
