In the spirit of my series on Postmodern Theology and Jean-Luc Marion<\/a>, I thought that it might be interesting to listen to these short snippets (less than 6 minutes a piece) of Jacques Derrida\u2019s reply to a question about the relation between Christianity and deconstruction at a conference in 2002.<\/p>\n

Derrida not only says that there are explicit connections between the two, but, also, that Christianity is particularity well-suited\u2014even more<\/em> suited than other religions\u2014to the task. He calls it \u201can unpredictable earthquake.\u201d<\/p>\n

Agree, disagree, like, or dislike, this should serve to preface my own upcoming deviation in the series on postmodern theology to comment on the unique, and current, \u2018theological turn\u2019 we seem to be in the midst of today.<\/p>\n
