The big news this week and surprise to the whole world were the embarrassing events that took place in the Oval Office<\/a> between America\u2019s leadership and the president of Ukraine. The hope for the meeting was President Zelinski signing a rare earth deal<\/a> with America.<\/p>\n

Pres. Trump wanted to seal the deal to bring peace between Ukraine and Russia, but to try and recoup some of the money given to Ukraine in the war against Russia.<\/p>\n
What happened embarrassed America on the world stage once again because of President Trump\u2019s actions.<\/p>\n

Greed<\/li>\n
Pride<\/li>\n
Unloving<\/li>\n
Impatient<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The truth is Ukraine owes present Trump and America nothing. The United States entered into a treaty<\/a> with Ukraine, Russia, and the UK more than 30 years ago to get Ukraine to denuclearize it\u2019s weapons.<\/p>\n
Via the agreement the United States promised to assist in protecting Ukraine from foreign actors because Ukraine surrendered its nuclear weapons, Ukraine fulfilled its obligation more than 30 years ago, thus no repayment is needed.<\/p>\n
The treaty obligated the United States, the UK, and Russia to assist in aiding Ukraine simply by laying down their weapons. Russia has already broken the treaty by invading Ukraine and if the United States stops sending aid to Ukraine, then we too have broken the treaty.<\/p>\n
As world superpowers, the United States and Russia each still have nuclear stockpiles. God\u2019s people cannot fight like the world because the kingdom of God is not one of deception and injustice (Isaiah 61:8.)<\/p>\n
What is The Kingdom of God<\/strong><\/h3>\n
Most of us know that the Kingdom of God isn\u2019t like this world. The Kingdom of God has been the opposite of this earthly kingdom since the fall in the garden. The Kngdom of God is defined as, \u201cThe spiritual realm where God reigns as King.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Kingdom of God will also be free of sin and death, perfect in every way. Everyone wants to be a part of the Kingdom of God, but not everyone is willing to follow our King and His ways (Luke 13:27.)<\/p>\n
John the Baptist proclaimed that the Kingdom of God was near over 2000 years ago (Matthew 3:2.) So we shouldn\u2019t be surprised the Bible has a lot to say about the Kingdom of God and what it is and isn\u2019t (Romans 14:17, 1 Corinthians 6:9, Revelation 11:15.)<\/p>\n
The Kingdom of God is under God\u2019s complete sovereignty (Psalm 93:1-5, 2 Peter 3:13, Revelation 3:1-22.) The Kingdom of God will not be what we think it is and certainly not like this world (Romans 14:17, 1 Corinthians 15:15.) The apostle Paul remembered his Jewish education about the kingdom of God and how works.<\/p>\n
Malkuth Yahveh<\/strong><\/h2>\n
God\u2019s people have been expecting and looking for the Kingdom of God since God promised it to Abraham (Genesis 12:2; 22:17-18.) God called Abraham out of the evil and corrupt land of his father and promised to make his descendants into a great nation.<\/p>\n
Abraham obeyed God and his descendants grew into the nation of Israel. Thousands of years later we have heard the story of Abraham and God\u2019s promise to be a great nation or kingdom.<\/p>\n
The Hebrew phrase in the Old Testament for the Kingdom of God is Malkuth Yahveh and it can also mean the domain of God. Thousands of years later all of the ancient kingdoms have perished except for Israel.<\/p>\n

Medo-Persian kingdom<\/li>\n
Mesopotamian kingdom<\/li>\n
kingdom of Greece<\/li>\n
Roman kingdom<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
When the Messiah first arrived, Rome the greatest kingdom on earth had conquered other nations through force and political tactics.\u00a0 It was unfathomable that the Roman Empire would fall.<\/p>\n

Before Jesus was crucified, he warned Pontius Pilate he could call down an Army of angels to defend Himself (Matthew 26:53.) Jesus is the prophesied King of the Kingdom of God (Matthew 2:2; 27:11.)<\/p>\n
Jesus taught His Disciples that His Kingdom is not of this world and it doesn\u2019t work like this world. Kingdoms of this world are ruled by force and earthly might, but God\u2019s kingdom is a kingdom of justice<\/a> and righteousness (Matthew 5:20; 6:33.)<\/p>\n

Russia<\/strong><\/h3>\n
Thousands of years later not much has changed, kingdoms still want to rule by force in might. Russia attacked Ukraine and violated the Budapest memorandum which it agreed to over 30 years ago. It is clear that Russia and President Putin cannot be trusted.<\/p>\n

Everything about Russia contradicts the teachings of Jesus and the Kingdom of God. Even during the so-called peace talks<\/a>, Russia too has continued to attack<\/a> Ukraine ruthlessly. Mr. Putin is a bloodthirsty power-hungry dictator who wants to expand an earthly kingdom.\u00a0 Mr. Putin and dictators like him are only focused on earthly kingdoms that will not last.<\/p>\n

Power-hungry<\/li>\n
Greedy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
What t scares me the most is President Trump is supposed to be the leader of the free world and he continues to side with President Putin. Pres. Trump is notorious for praising Putin<\/a> and other dictators.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, Trump\u2019s Maga Christians have abandoned their faith for an earthly kingdom. Jesus taught His followers it is pointless to gain the whole world, yet forfeit your soul for a temporary<\/a> world that will not last (Matthew 16:26.)\u00a0 That is why God\u2019s people called to build and focus on the Malkuth Yahveh (Matthew 6:33!)<\/p>\n
