This author has a tremendous grasp on the Bible as a whole, managing to intelligently show the reader how the Old Testament stories point\u00a0to Jesus\u2019 coming, death, and resurrection. Commentaries have a reputation for being too technical, by many\u00a0adult standards, not too mention for a kid. But this one, while satisfactorily deep,\u00a0reads like a tender story, conveying the author\u2019s deep love for her subject.<\/p>\n
