I was at a retirement party earlier for one of my old bosses and a really good leader with almost 40 years working in the schools. I\u2019ll miss him and<\/u> I\u2019m happy that he and his wife get to have some time together now doing what they most enjoy \u2013 sailing.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

Looking around the room, I found myself thinking, \u201cGee, most of these people are so old.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

Then I realized that they were mostly my age, give or take a few.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
