I\u2019m told that one American Theravadan teacher yells at his students in meditation, \u201cThinking is garbage! Throw it away!\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span style='font-family: Georgia,\"Times New Roman\",serif'>Such a rough attitude might work for a short period of time to attain a course and uneasy settling of mind.
