$\"IMG_0051\"$ We\u2019ve been enjoying the summer here in Portland, ME. One of the big highlights has been the times we\u2019ve spent meeting and getting to know members of the local dharma<\/a> community. The Maine Buddhist<\/a> community is rich and wonderfully diverse.<\/p>\n

And we\u2019re eager to get the Great Tides Zen fall practice program underway \u2013 daily zazen, introductory sessions, practice period, zazenkai, and sesshin.<\/p>\n

Our first event will be Wake the Heck Up! Morning Zazen at Still Water Yoga from 5:30am \u2013 7:00am on Tuesday, September 2.<\/p>\n
