Once upon a time, the emperor asked his teacher, \u201cAfter you die, what will need?\u201d<\/span><\/span>

The teacher said, \u201cBuild me a seamless monument.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The emperor said, \u201cPlease tell me what the monument would be like.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The teacher was silent for a long while.<\/span><\/span>

Then he said, \u201cUnderstand?\u201d<\/span><\/span>

\u201cThe seamless monument<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i><\/span>\u00a0\u2013 first of all, do you want to see this seamless monument? It is very hard to see\u2026. Many people interpret the stagnant water of the teacher\u2019s silence as the seamless monument, but that\u2019s not where it\u2019s at; there are no dragons in stagnant water. Well then, you might wonder where it is\u2026. Take a good look!\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Layers upon layers<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i><\/span>\u00a0\u2013 It is enormous, a little here, a little there, all over the place. Indeed, it casts\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>shadows upon shadows<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i><\/span>. The whole world never hides it; can\u2019t you see it now?\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Throughout all time \u2013<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i><\/span>\u00a0There\u2019s nowhere to hide it anywhere; open your eyes and look; don\u2019t try to imagine what it must be like.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
