8.) We put together a board & festival\u00a0committees\u00a0featuring some of the most talented, insightful people committed to a work on\u00a0social justice, conversations, music, performance and storytelling, inter-faith dialogue, environment and activities for kids.<\/p>\n

7.) We chose\u00a0 Gareth Higgins<\/a> to be our Executive Director, much to our delight.<\/p>\n

6.) We\u2019ve been building vibrant online communities via\u00a0 Facebook<\/a> and Twitter<\/a><\/p>\n

5.) We put\u00a0 tickets on sale<\/a><\/p>\n

4.) We\u2019re becoming not just a place for individuals to come and discover nationwide community, but\u00a0 an inviting place for families as well<\/a><\/p>\n

3.)\u00a0We\u00a0committed\u00a0to making\u00a0hospitality to people from diverse backgrounds a priority<\/p>\n

2.)\u00a0We\u00a0committed\u00a0to becoming a safe space for dangerous conversations<\/p>\n

1.) And just this month, we confirmed that the extraordinary musician and producer T-Bone Burnett<\/a> will be part of the festival. \u00a0Yes. You read that right. More on this soon\u2026<\/p>\n
