Can pumpkin<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">2 c. chopped onion<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">6 cloves garlic<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">2 Tbs. Grated ginger<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">2 limes, zest and juice (about 1\/2 cup)<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">\u00bd tsp. Turmeric <\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">\u00bd tsp red curry paste (Taste of Thai is not spicy, used 1 Tbs.)<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">1 Tbs. oil<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">3 cups chicken Broth <\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">6 cups water,<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">1 can coconut milk<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">Salt to taste<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><\/div>\n<ol start=\"1\" style=\"margin-top: 0in\" type=\"1\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">Halve squash, scoop out seeds, roast covered with foil for at least an hour at 350 until soft.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">Saute onion, garlic,      ginger and zest in oil until soft.<span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">Add turmeric &amp; chili      paste.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Saute.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">Add scooped out of skin squash, pumpkin,      water\/broth, simmer.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Add coconut      milk and lime juice.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Puree.<span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">Adjust seasonings.<span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>Note: \u00a0If you don\u2019t want a very tangy soup\u2013akin to
