The Old South Church in Boston is selling the rare book in order to raise its endowment. The church, according to this interesting New York Times story<\/a>, baptized Benjamin Franklin and was a meeting place for upset colonists.<\/p>\n
The opening lines of the Bay Psalm are a little different than the current version. \u201cThe Lord to mee a shepheard is, want therefore shall not I. Hee in the folds of tender-grasse, doth cause mee downe to lie.\u201d<\/p>\n
