Aboriginal spirituality\u2013the Dreaming\u2013is part of our unit on indigenous religions. \u00a0The Dreaming is essentially a creation story. Over time, these stories set \u201cout the structures of society, the rules for social behavior and the ceremonies performed in order to maintain the life of the land.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Australian Museum <\/a>has a great site about Aboriginal spiritual beliefs with a good overview of the Dreaming. The Australian government<\/a>\u00a0has another excellent site. \u00a0Both are great for a webquest.<\/p>\n
