<\/iframe> \nIs Mormon underwear magical?<\/p>\nNot according to the video above and to this excellent article from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.theatlantic.com\/national\/archive\/2014\/10\/mormon-underwear-revealed\/381792\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">The Atlantic<\/a>\u00a0 called Mormon Underwear:\u00a0Revealed.<\/em><\/p>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.theatlantic.com\/national\/archive\/2014\/10\/mormon-underwear-revealed\/381792\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">The Atlantic<\/a> notes that public fascination with Mormon underwear has more do do with the fact that so little is known about it \u00a0\u201cin\u00a0\u00a0large part because the Church has intentionally kept information about the garments private.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\nBut that changed \u00a0recently when the Church of Latter Day Saints\u00a0released the video above \u00a0explaining the \u201critual purpose of the temple garments\u201d and asking non <a href='https:\/\/www.patheos.com\/library\/mormonism' target='_blank'>Mormons<\/a> to look at the garments as they would look at any religious vestment like the <a href='https:\/\/www.patheos.com\/library\/buddhism' target='_blank'>Buddhist<\/a> temple robe, or the\u00a0Jewish prayer shawl.<\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Is Mormon underwear magical?
