<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Often viewed as gypsies, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.opensocietyfoundations.org\/explainers\/roma-and-open-society?utm_source=europe_A&utm_medium=email&utm_content=text_link1&utm_campaign=europe_A_052113\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">the roughly 12 million Roma<\/a> are probably the most oppressed and excluded minority in Europe.
