Practice:<\/p>\n

1. Today look for things to appreciate. \u00a0Find things to appreciate. Appreciation comes form the heart. It is a love thank you to the universe.<\/p>\n

2. Practice letting your breath guide you. \u00a0Cherish what is before you now.<\/p>\n

3. If you make a mistake, say to yourself, \u201cOh Well\u201d, then take action to admit the mistake, forgive, and move forward.<\/p>\n
