\u201cBreath, relax, have fun\u201d\u2026.here it is\u2026call it spiritual, human, religious, positive, whatever you like. Calling it anything is funny.\u00a0 But for a blog we have to give it a label, right? Otherwise why show up and read it.\u00a0 This weekend, BREATH, allow your breath to breath you, that is it. Be aware of your breath. Your breath is the same breath breathing me, and everyone else, now again you can get touchy with me and say it is God\u2026but for our purposes lets not\u2026lets just hear the breath. How many times in your day are you simply just breathing without thinking?\u00a0 How many times are you just thankful for your breath?\u00a0 So just hear your breath throughout the day\u2026.<\/p>\n

RELAX\u2026as you are aware of your breath\u2026.you will relax\u2026<\/p>\n

HAVE FUN AND SMILE\u2026.life isn\u2019t so serious\u2026.life isn\u2019t about perfection, or imperfection\u2026life is simply breathing\u2026.the rest is opinions on HOW life SHOULD be\u2026<\/p>\n
