What matters is now. How are you being now? Am I coming from my heart or head? Remember joy is your natural state and it costs nothing. It costs you more not to be, and be in joy.<\/p>\n

I send this to people every chance I get, it is a poem that Rudyard Kipling gave to his son. It is called IF-<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

\nTo serve your turn long after they are gone,

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
