Frank and I have so much fun with this regular feature we might have to make it a daily affair. Well, maybe not. We\u2019ve had chants<\/a>, polyphony<\/a>, Christian rockers<\/a>, and just plain rockers<\/a> in recent weeks. It\u2019s time to get twangy with some of America\u2019s top country and bluegrass ladies, each of whom has something to say to the spirit. Last week, I did a post on Mary Gauthier\u2019s lovely tune \u201cMercy Now<\/a>,\u201d recorded at the Grand Old Opry. Here\u2019s a quartet of tunes that make good company for that one and may just rain a little more mercy down on us all.
