Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord.
\nAnd let the perpetual light shine upon them.<\/p>\n

God our Father,
\nYour power brings us to birth,
\nYour providence guides our lives,
\nand by Your command we return to dust.<\/p>\n

Lord, those who die still live in Your presence,
\ntheir lives change but do not end.
\nI pray in hope for the family,
\nrelatives and friends of these fallen Marines,
\nand for all the dead known to You alone.<\/p>\n

In company with Christ,
\nWho died and now lives,
\nmay they rejoice in Your kingdom,
\nwhere all our tears are wiped away.
\nUnite us together again in one family,
\nto sing Your praise forever and ever.<\/p>\n
