<\/a><\/p>\nSee that baby up there? \u00a0He may look cute, but don\u2019t be fooled- he\u2019s nothing more than a puppet being used by demonic forces. \u00a0Don\u2019t believe me? \u00a0Just ask Kimberly Daniels, who writes for one of Pat Robertson\u2019s websites. \u00a0She wrote an entire manifesto on the satanic practice that is Halloween in this article<\/a>. \u00a0I\u2019m posting her words from the article below, with my commentary interjected in bold italics<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n Halloween\u2014October 31\u2014is considered a holiday in the United States. In fact, it rivals Christmas with regard to how widely celebrated it is. Stores that sell only Halloween-related paraphernalia open up a few months before the day and close shortly after it ends. But is Halloween a holiday that Christians should be observing?<\/p>\n I have a feeling that the answer is going to be \u201cno.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n The word \u201choliday\u201d means \u201choly day.\u201d But there is nothing holy about Halloween. The root word of Halloween is \u201challow,\u201d which means \u201choly, consecrated and set apart for service.\u201d If this holiday is hallowed, whose service is it set apart for? The answer to that question is very easy\u2014Lucifer\u2019s!<\/p>\n That\u2019s right- just ask any costumed child that night who they are serving\u2026 I\u2019m sure \u201cLucifer\u201d will be their answer.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Lucifer is a part of the demonic godhead. Remember, everything God has, the devil has a counterfeit. Halloween is a counterfeit holy day that is dedicated to celebrating the demonic trinity of : the Luciferian Spirit (the false father); the Antichrist Spirit (the false holy spirit); and the Spirit of Belial (the false son).<\/p>\n Go back and read each sentence of this last paragraph individually. \u00a0Every single sentence there is completely made up by Mrs. Daniels to strengthen her point. \u00a0Demonic godhead? \u00a0The devil has counterfeits of everything God has? \u00a0Halloween celebrates the \u201cdemonic trinity\u201d? <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n The key word in discussing Halloween is \u201cdedicated.\u201d It is dedicated to darkness and is an accursed season. During Halloween, time-released curses are always loosed. A time-released curse is a period that has been set aside to release demonic activity and to ensnare souls in great measure.<\/p>\n I hope we get to hear more about \u201ctime released curses.\u201d \u00a0Can we get a Scripture reference for that? \u00a0I\u2019d like to do some more research on my own\u2026<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n You may ask, \u201cDoesn\u2019t God have more power than the devil?\u201d Yes, but He has given that power to us. If we do not walk in it, we will become the devil\u2019s prey. Witchcraft works through dirty hearts and wrong spirits.<\/p>\n She\u2019s talking in a circle here. \u00a0God is more powerful than the devil, and gives that power to you. \u00a0But if you don\u2019t walk in his power, the devil will get you. \u00a0Doesn\u2019t that mean that Halloween would be safe, so long as you are \u201cwalking in his power\u201d?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n During this period demons are assigned against those who participate in the rituals and festivities. These demons are automatically drawn to the fetishes that open doors for them to come into the lives of human beings. For example, most of the candy sold during this season has been dedicated and prayed over by witches.<\/p>\n My favorite paragraph of the article- by far. \u00a0I like to imagine Satan gathering all the demons in the fiery underworld and handing out assignments. \u00a0\u201cLarry, you\u2019ve got a little girl in Sri Lanka this week. \u00a0Ted, I need you to sneak into an old lady in Pittsburgh through a violent movie. \u00a0The rest of you? \u00a0It\u2019s a big week for us, so let\u2019s make sure we possess every child that rings a doorbell tonight.\u201d \u00a0I also love the fact that her comment about most candy being prayed over by witches is a throw away line with absolutely no facts or evidence to back it up. \u00a0Sounds good though, and just happens to support her narrative.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n I do not buy candy during the Halloween season. Curses are sent through the tricks and treats of the innocent whether they get it by going door to door or by purchasing it from the local grocery store. The demons cannot tell the difference.<\/p>\n I imagine the curses getting into the candy, not unlike an evil, chewy\u00a0nougat\u00a0center. \u00a0If your child MUST have candy this Halloween, just let him eat the outer candy coating. \u00a0The evil stuff\u2019s in the middle.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n <\/a>Even the colors of Halloween (orange, brown and dark red) are dedicated. These colors are connected to the fall equinox, which is around the 20th or 21st of September each year and is sometimes called \u201cMabon.\u201d During this season witches are celebrating the changing of the seasons from summer to fall. They give praise to the gods for the demonic harvest. They pray to the gods of the elements (air, fire, water and earth).<\/p>\n Yep. \u00a0The witches celebrated the change of season from summer to fall. \u00a0Along with everyone else- including the early church. \u00a0In Kimberly\u2019s defense though- those early church people were Catholics and you KNOW they can\u2019t be trusted\u2026<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Mother earth is highly celebrated during the fall demonic harvest. Witches praise mother earth by bringing her fruits, nuts and herbs. Demons are loosed during these acts of worship. When nice church folk lay out their pumpkins on the church lawn, fill their baskets with nuts and herbs, and fire up their bonfires, the demons get busy. They have no respect for the church grounds. They respect only the sacrifice and do not care if it comes from believers or non-believers.<\/p>\n I\u2019m going to assume that when she writes \u201cthe demons get busy,\u201d that she means it in a non-sexual way. \u00a0I would hate for demons to be procreating on my decorative fall displays.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Gathering around bonfires is a common practice in pagan worship. As I remember, the bonfires that I attended during homecoming week when I was in high school were always in the fall. I am amazed at how we ignorantly participate in pagan, occult rituals.<\/p>\n That is weird. \u00a0People gathered around large fires\u2026only when it was cold outside? \u00a0How blind we have all been!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n The gods of harvest that the witches worship during their fall festivals are the Corn King and the Harvest Lord. The devil is too stupid to understand that Jesus is the Lord of the Harvest 365 days a year. But we cannot be ignorant of the devices of the enemy. When we pray, we bind the powers of the strong men that people involved in the occult worship.<\/p>\n Does anyone else think that \u201cCorn King\u201d and \u201cHarvest Lord\u201d sound like delicious cereals?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Halloween is much more than a holiday filled with fun and tricks or treats. It is a time for the gathering of evil that masquerades behind the fictitious characters of Dracula, werewolves, mummies and witches on brooms. The truth is that these demons that have been presented as scary cartoons actually exist. I have prayed for witches who are addicted to drinking blood and howling at the moon.<\/p>\n Just to make sure we\u2019re clear\u2026 because you have met psychopaths who buy into the \u201cwitch culture,\u201d Draculas, werewolves, and mummies exist?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n While the lukewarm and ignorant think of these customs as \u201cjust harmless fun,\u201d the vortexes of hell are releasing new assignments against souls. Witches take pride in laughing at the ignorance of natural men (those who ignore the spirit realm).<\/p>\n First of all, \u201cThe Vortexes of Hell\u201d would be a really scary movie. \u00a0Second, I sincerely appreciate her bringing up the demonic assignments again.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Decorating buildings with Halloween scenes, dressing up for parties, going door-to-door for candy, standing around bonfires and highlighting pumpkin patches are all acts rooted in entertaining familiar spirits. All these activities are demonic and have occult roots.<\/p>\n Technically, Easter does too. \u00a0I\u2019ll be looking forward to Mrs. Daniels\u2019 article on why we shouldn\u2019t celebrate zombie Jesus.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n The word \u201coccult\u201d means \u201csecret.\u201d The danger of Halloween is not in the scary things we see but in the secret, wicked, cruel activities that go on behind the scenes. These activities include:<\/p>\n Good point. \u00a0The danger isn\u2019t in what you do\u2026. it\u2019s in what you DONT do. \u00a0Onto the list\u2026<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n I dunno- those things just seem like typical Halloween party activities, amiright?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Another abomination that goes on behind the scenes of Halloween is necromancy, or communication with the dead. S\u00e9ances and contacting spirit guides are very popular on Halloween, so there is a lot of darkness lurking in the air.<\/p>\nThe Danger of Celebrating Halloween<\/a><\/h2>\n
